Time to unload

I made my first solo trip to Enid Friday afternoon! It really wasn't a bad trip at all!! Matt and I have decided that I will be going through Tulsa (even with the tolls) instead OK City due to the 50 min difference!! So now I must invest in a pikepass to eliminate the scrounging around for change while driving! Even when prepared with the exact change, I still found myself dropping a coin or two in transit to the machine and having to dig around to retrieve them while people behind me were waiting very impatiently! You would think this is a common error made by all, however the people honking their horns at me made me feel as though it only happens to me!!

When I arrived to Enid, i must say it was a great feeling to see both my boys (matt and cheeto) waiting eagerly for my arrival! When I walked ino our new home I was surprised at how nice and put together the place looked! Little did I know, tucked away in the other rooms and garage were boxes and boxes and more boxes to be unpacked. So our fun filled weekend of unpacking and getting settled began!

Yes, boxes and boxes and paper galore! Every now and then we would take a break and eat or play wth cheeto a little bit:

As you can see.... He didn't mind the unpacking much at all.

Saturday evening while organizing our kitchen and dinning area, we got a knock on our door from some man offering to vacuum our carpets for free as a demo. Matt tells the guy ok thinking he'd just to the entry way and leave... Ha! This guy ended up staying for way longer then a little bit... He stays for a while! He was a salesman for Kirby vacuum cleaners and tried his hardest to sale us a vacuum. Matt had his fun with negotiating and trying to lower the price as much as he could but after several "NO WE ARE NOT INTERESTED", I was beginning to be very annoyed and hungry! Finally the guy left and we were able to go and eat!! From now on... Just sy no I people at the door!

Sunday night, we finally got most of the house put together minus a few hanging items and the garage. When we get it looking more picture worthy- we will then take pictures to share!!
