he apparently got hit in the arm through the wall....
Again, this is not real just practice. He said he was actually hooked up to oxygen and the whole shebang and that one of the guys has more pictures for me and I will put those up later. We are hoping that these games will be over by the time he is to fly!! So fingers crossed yet again!!!
Since the last post, we have worked hard in the yard:

purchased a razorback statue (from the Red Barn in Y-City, AR):

Baby Mac (or mac-n-cheese) continues to grow:
And matt continues to wait for his chance to solo:
STAND UP:
Each day, Matts flight (class) participates in a formal briefing. In these formal briefings they cover the weather, landing pattern, general knowledge questions, and Emergency Procedures (EPs). The EPs are done in a "stand-up" format that is designed to recreate a stressful environment similar to what is experienced during an actual in-flight EP. Matt and his classmates are given certain EP scenarios and stand at attention and explain what they would do in that situation. If you answer incorrectly or do not know your knowledge, then you sit down.
Matt and I have decided to create a section of our blog that explains certain acronyms, lingo, and rules that we have learned and you may not know. We have decided to name this section "stand up" so that if you are ever tested with this information/knowledge then hopefully you will be able to remain standing :P
Again, I hope everyone had a wonderful memorial weekend! Our lives would not be what they are today if it weren't for you service men and women! Thank you for what you have done and continue to do!
I love it....great stuff.......so glad you are doing this so we can all keep track of you all's great and fun life together!!
